Torner Juncosa i Associats was founded in 2003 by partners Jaume Juncosa (an electronic engineer and European patent agent), Elisabet Torner (lawyer, Industrial Property agent and legal practitioner before the European Patent Office) and Nuria Torner (biologist and Industrial Property agent), all of whom boast a great many years' experience in the industrial property sector.
The Company was furthermore launched in close collaboration with international partners Gabriele Gilson (chemist and European patent agent), Federica Trupiano (biochemist and European patent agent) and Andrea Marietti (mechanical engineer and European patent agent), all of whom are members of the MGT patent office with its headquarters in Milan.
Torner Juncosa i Associats makes full use of its partners' knowledge and experience, in addition to the specialist skills of its technical teams in various technical fields, enabling the Company to offer a comprehensive Industrial Property consultation service, centred on technical rigour.
