The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) is calling for grant funding to support 2025 proposals for IP awareness-raising activities.
The 2025 Intellectual Property Awareness Grants programme aims to:
- Engage young people across Europe to promote understanding of the value of industrial and intellectual property (IP).
- Promote awareness of IP as a means to protect innovation and creativity.
- Encourage ethical digital behaviour and respect for IP-protected content.
- Inspire youth participation through educational, entrepreneurial and cultural activities.
- Highlight the reality of intellectual property.
The selected proposals should:
- Engage young creators and consumers through youth-focused channels.
- Build on and expand existing IP educational materials (e.g. EUIPO’s Ideas Powered @ School).
- Combine online and offline strategies, infotainment formats and practical learning tools.
- Demonstrate sustainability and potential for long-term integration.
How to apply for the Grant?
Applications must be submitted via the EUIPO Grants Portal GR/002/25, where you will find the necessary documentation and information for your application.
EUIPO will organise an information session on Wednesday 3 September 2025 from 11:00 and 13:00 (CET) to present the call in detail and answer applicants’ questions will be answered live. A link to access the webinar will be added in August.
Interested companies can apply until 13:00 (CET) on 19 September 2025.
